My PhD student Mr. Javad Jazaeri has received the Best Student Paper Award at the Australian New Zealand Control Conference (ANZCC) in December 2018. His paper is titled “Model Predictive Control of Residential Demand in Low Voltage Network Using Ice Storage”, co-authored with Tansu and Robert Gordon. My project “Real-time Internet of Things (IoT) algorithms with performance guarantees” was funded by the Australian Research Council (ARC) as part of Discovery Project scheme 2019 (jointly with Prof.
